Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Minsk, Belarus. The SMM Manager will oversee social media strategies, create and manage engaging content across various platforms, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance the brand’s presence. The role also involves monitoring trends, engaging with the online community, and ensuring consistent messaging aligned with the company’s goals.QualificationsExperience in social media and communication areas 1+ year.Strong Marketing and Sales skills to develop and implement effective social media campaignsProject Management expertise to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and meet deadlinesExcellent Communication and engagement skills to interact with the online community and collaborate with team membersAnalytical Skills for measuring campaign performance and optimizing strategies based on dataProficiency in social media platforms (e.g. Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and content optimizationKnowledge of the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldKnowledge of English (B2+).Knowledge of Russian (native).
