This is a full-time role for someone eager to grow in a high-performance, fast-paced environment where lifestyle meets hustle. You will take full ownership of our digital voice and presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms, ensuring consistency across three primary accounts:NO DAYS OFF Premium Water brand accountsManning Sumner’s personal channelsThe Big Dawgs Podcast accountsThis role blends creative energy with strategic execution. You’ll not only create engaging content, but also drive growth, oversee community engagement, and ensure each platform reflects and amplifies the NDO lifestyle. RESPONSIBILITIESContent & StrategyDevelop and execute strategic, high-performing social media plans for the brand, founder, and podcast accounts.Own and manage the content calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more).Concept, produce, and post original photo/video content—reels, stories, lives, carousels, and shorts.Drive a creative point-of-view while maintaining brand voice, messaging, and tone across all channels.Manage and organize digital assets across all platforms.Engagement & GrowthFoster vibrant online communities through consistent engagement (DMs, comments, tags, mentions).Monitor trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity to inform timely content.Identify new ways to grow audience size, reach, and brand awareness.Plan and execute campaigns, contests, and partnerships to boost engagement and user-generated content.Influencers, Partnerships & EventsCollaborate with influencers, athletes, creators, and media personalities to develop strategic content.Manage influencer contracts, communication, and performance tracking.Curate and coordinate collaborations with partner accounts that carry our products to create authentic, co-branded social content and increase visibility.Attend Miami-based events to capture content in real time.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORA creative, proactive self-starter who takes initiative to execute projects and bring ideas to life.Deeply aligned with the NO DAYS OFF® mindset: never taking a day off on you.Skilled at both big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution.Comfortable juggling multiple accounts and shifting priorities with confidence.Naturally plugged into culture, trends, and platforms, with a sharp eye for aesthetics and storytelling.REQUIREMENTS3+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing (CPG or lifestyle brands preferred).Proven track record of growing and managing high-performing social accounts.Strong understanding of influencer marketing, content trends, and social algorithms.Proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar).Experience capturing, editing, and producing photo and video content on mobile.Excellent communication and time management skills.
