We are looking for a passionate and energetic Social Media Manager to build and nurture our clients' online communities. In this role, you will be the voice of our clients' brands on social media, responsible for creating and curating engaging content, fostering conversations, and driving community growth. If you live and breathe social media and have a knack for building relationships, this is the job for you. Key Responsibilities:•        Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our clients' brand voice and marketing goals.•        Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all relevant social media channels.•        Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, questions, and engagement opportunities.•        Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.•        Analyze social media performance and provide reports on key metrics, such as engagement, reach, and follower growth. Qualifications:•        A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.•        3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.•        A deep understanding of all major social media platforms and their best practices.•        Proven experience in creating engaging content and building online communities.•        Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.•        Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
