Nutrable’s mission is simple but ambitious:To make nutrition coaching accessible, personal, and impactful for everyone.Learn more at www.nutrable.comRole OverviewNutrable is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead and evolve our brand’s presence across digital channels. This role will be responsible for shaping the voice, tone, and creative direction of Nutrable’s social ecosystem — from strategic planning and campaign development to day-to-day content creation and community engagement.You will bring a deep understanding of how to tell meaningful stories through social media — translating Nutrable’s human-first, science-backed approach into relatable, inspiring, and data-driven content. The role blends creativity and precision: you’ll need to move fast with ideas, maintain attention to detail, and ensure every post strengthens brand trust and recognition.You will work closely with the marketing, design, and partnerships teams to ensure that all campaigns, launches, and member stories come to life across our social platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & StrategyDevelop and execute Nutrable’s multi-platform social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.Own and maintain the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent posting cadence and alignment with broader marketing campaigns.Conceptualise and produce engaging multimedia content — including posts, stories, short videos, and reels — that bring the Nutrable brand to life.Craft powerful copy and captions that reflect Nutrable’s voice: human, expert, and motivational.Identify high-impact opportunities to repurpose internal content (e.g., coach quotes, member stories, press features, webinars) for social formats.Campaign DevelopmentCollaborate with internal teams to plan and deliver campaign-specific social content around launches, partner announcements, and events.Develop creative campaign ideas that tie into current trends in nutrition, health, and lifestyle culture.Integrate user-generated content and member testimonials into storytelling.Community ManagementManage and moderate Nutrable’s live “Today” feed — our in-app stream of daily nutrition content, insights, and engagement prompts viewed by thousands of members.Ensure the “Today” feed stays current, educational, and inspiring, curating a balance of professional tips, coach-led stories, and light lifestyle content.Schedule and publish daily posts to align with seasonal topics, trending nutrition themes, and Nutrable’s broader social media calendar.Monitor engagement, comments, and member sentiment across all social platforms and the live feed.Encourage meaningful conversation and connection between members and coaches.Analytics & ReportingTrack performance metrics and engagement rates to identify what resonates most with our audiences.Use analytics tools to measure and report performance across platforms (reach, engagement, conversion, and follower growth).Translate insights into actionable recommendations to refine content strategy and improve ROI.Stay abreast of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to maintain Nutrable’s position as an innovative voice in digital nutrition.Skills, Experience & ToolsEssential Experience3+ years of professional experience managing social media for a wellness, nutrition, or healthcare brand.Proven track record of growing brand engagement and community across multiple platforms.Demonstrated excellence in copywriting and storytelling, with the ability to communicate nutrition concepts clearly and creatively.Strong visual communication skills — capable of transforming scientific or technical content into digestible, emotionally engaging posts.Software & Platform ExpertiseProficiency in social media scheduling and analytics platforms such as Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.Advanced skills in Canva for post design, animation, brand kit management, and export optimisation for different social formats.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects) or equivalent creative tools is a strong advantage.Experience editing short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and Stories, integrating music, captions, and hooks that enhance reach and retention.Competent in LinkedIn publishing, Instagram Reels, Facebook Stories, and TikTok trends for brand storytelling.Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Insights for campaign analysis and reporting.Nutrition & Domain ExpertiseDeep understanding of nutrition, nutritional therapy, and lifestyle medicine principles.Ability to interpret and communicate complex nutrition topics — from macronutrients and gut health to GLP-1 support and behavioural change — in accessible, engaging ways.Experience collaborating with registered nutritionists, dietitians, or health coaches to ensure accuracy and credibility.Awareness of current debates and emerging research within nutrition science, and sensitivity to the nuances of health communication (evidence, ethics, compliance).Authentic passion for wellness and belief in Nutrable’s mission to make expert nutrition support available to all.Core
