Our clients expect excellence, and we deliver.We are now hiring a Social Media Manager who can manage multiple client accounts, coordinate with editors and designers, and ensure every piece of content is executed flawlessly.📌 Role OverviewThe Social Media Manager is the center point between clients, editors, content creators, and leadership. Your role is to turn ideas into high-performing content and ensure every client sees consistent growth, clean communication, and top-tier execution.This is not a simple posting role. You will manage workflows, organize content pipelines, oversee editors, build client relationships, and ensure deliverables go out on time, every time.💼 Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Client ManagementManage daily content calendars for multiple client accountsEnsure editors deliver content on schedule (reels, graphics, carousels, shorts)Collect raw footage from clients and convert it into structured briefs for editorsUpload, schedule, and optimize posts for IG, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and FBMonitor analytics, KPIs, and performance dashboardsCommunication & CoordinationAct as the primary point of communication between clients and production teamsCollect revisions and deliver clear instructions to editorsHost weekly client update callsMaintain client WhatsApp/Slack channels with daily updatesCreative DirectionBring ideas for trends, hooks, formats, and viral-style storytellingWrite captions, hooks, and CTA copyOptimize content for engagement, watch time, and brand alignmentSystems & OperationsMaintain Google Drive organization for each clientTrack tasks and assets through ClickUp/Monday/AsanaEnsure deadlines are followed and nothing slipsPrepare weekly performance summaries and recommendations🎯 Requirements2–5 years in a social media manager or content coordinator roleStrong understanding of short-form video (IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)Experience managing editors, VAs, and creative teamsStrong copywriting and caption-writing skillsAbility to manage multiple clients at onceExtreme attention to detail and speedComfortable working U.S.-based hoursAgency experience is a big plus🔥 Preferred SkillsBasic video editing ability (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut)Canva or design basicsKnowledge of trends, viral formats, and storytellingComfortable directing talent on-cameraUnderstanding of analytics and growth strategy🌟 What We OfferWork with elite clients across healthcare, hospitality, fitness, and entertainmentFast growth environment with leadership opportunitiesBonuses for client retention and performanceA creative, collaborative culture that moves quicklyAccess to high-end events, shoots, and brand projects📩 How to ApplySend the following to richie@1nfluenc3.comResume or portfolioBest social media accounts you have managedAt least 5 reel samples or client case studiesA short voice note or message on why you're a good fit
