Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany, with flexibility to work remotely most of the time. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to grow the company's online presence and community. You will create and schedule content, manage social media accounts, optimize performance through analytics, and engage with our audience. Collaboration with the marketing and content teams will be critical to ensure alignment with the company’s overall branding and messaging. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)Strong skills in Writing and Communication, including crafting engaging and targeted online contentExperience in developing and implementing effective Content StrategyAbility to analyze social media performance data and adapt strategies to maximize engagementFamiliarity with mindfulness or wellness industry trends is a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldSelf-motivated, organized, and capable of working in a hybrid environment balancing in-office collaboration and remote work
