This role requires a creative, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social platforms and how to engage audiences globally. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies for two brands that increase engagement, build brand awareness, and drive conversion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple accounts and creating compelling content, managing multi-platform campaigns, and delivering measurable results.Responsibilities:Multi-Account ManagementLead strategy, planning, scheduling, and daily execution for multiple social media accounts for two brands.Build and develop social identity, tone, and channel-specific direction for new channels from launch through growth execution.Scale and optimize content and engagement strategies for existing channels, ensuring category leadership and continuous growth.Content Creation and ExecutionCapture, produce, and edit short-form video, photography, and graphic assets optimized by the platform.Write social copy tailored to brand tone, audience, and campaign objectives.Own, manage, and maintain a unified content calendar across both brands.Strategy, Growth and AnalyticsEstablish quarterly performance goals and KPIs.Lead end-to-end campaign planning — ideation, rollout, posting structure, performance tracking, and optimization.Monitor performance analytics and platform trends to optimize content, increase engagement, and drive conversion.Cross-Functional IntegrationPartner with marketing, product, PR, and brand teams to support product drops, influencer and celebrity partnerships.Manage community interactions by monitoring and responding to comments and messages in real time.Coordinate product seeding, gifting, and sampling alongside PR.ReportingBuild weekly and monthly reporting decks that outline results, insights, and next-step strategies.Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.Strong understanding of luxury fashion, retail, and streetwear.Proficiency with video and photo editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom).Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with media, partners, and talent.Professionalism and discretion when working with celebrity talent and brand partners.Please note this job is located in our New York office and is expected to be performed on-site.We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.
