This role includes TikTok Shop operations, campaign execution, content creation, and performance reporting. The position requires strong communication skills, digital fluency, and a passion for gaming culture.ResponsibilitiesContent Coordination: Align social media content between HQ and local teams, including localization, translation, and approval workflowsCampaign Management: Co-develop, execute, and monitor social media campaigns for product launches, events, and community initiativesContent Planning: Build and maintain quarterly editorial calendars across platforms (Instagram/Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)Community Engagement: Support the development and management of local creator and influencer relationshipsTikTok Shop Management: Coordinate and optimize Razer's presence on TikTok Shop(UK, ES and others), including product listings, promotional content, and campaign executionReporting & Analysis: Track KPIs, create performance reports, and derive actionable insightsTrend Monitoring: Stay on top of social media trends and best practices to continuously improve our content strategyPre-RequisitesDegree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related fieldInitial experience in social media, ideally in an international environmentStrong command of English (written and spoken); German/ French / Spanish is a plusFamiliarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or similar platformsCreative eye for digital trends, gaming culture, and community engagementIndependent, structured work style with strong communication skillsAre you game?
