Job Summary: We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will own our creative content and brand storytelling. This is a hands-on role where you’ll not only plan and manage campaigns but direct, produce, and publish content across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You’ll shape REFYT’s visual and verbal identity, creating campaigns that are memorable, engaging, and purpose driven. Content Creation & Brand StorytellingDirect, produce, and publish content across social platforms and digital channels.Own the creative vision for ads, videos, social posts, and landing pages.Ensure all content reflects REFYT’s mission, values, and brand voice, inspiring engagement and awareness.Experiment with new formats, styles, and narratives to make sustainability exciting and shareable.2. Campaign Strategy & ExecutionPlan, manage, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn with a focus on brand reach and engagement.Align content and ad messaging to ensure every touchpoint strengthens REFYT’s brand.Monitor performance and adjust campaigns to improve audience connection and engagement, not just clicks.3. Creative Direction & CollaborationProduce high-quality visual and written content independently, using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite.Collaborate with designers or external creatives only when needed; you’ll be the driver of the brand’s look, feel, and message.Develop storyboards, scripts, and creative concepts that capture attention and communicate purposes.4. Tracking, Insight & InnovationUse analytics to understand audience engagement and content performance.Provide insights and recommendations to refine messaging, formats, and storytelling techniques.Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging content formats to keep REFYT’s brand fresh and relevant.Essential Skills & Experience:2+ years’ experience managing digital campaigns across Meta and Google Ads (TikTok or LinkedIn experience is a plus).Hands-on experience creating and editing content (video, social, graphics) using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.Desirable:Experience in retrofit, energy, home improvement, or property sectors.At REFYT, we value diversity and welcome applications from everyone, regardless of background or identity.
