This role requires someone who can strategize, create, execute, and optimize across all major platforms—Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube—while connecting every effort to measurable business growth.You’ll oversee the social media strategy for both client accounts and Skinfluence’s own brand, working directly with clinic owners, injectors, surgeons, and medical aesthetic professionals across Canada and the U.S. You will be responsible for building cohesive brand identities, growing audiences, increasing engagement, and turning attention into qualified leads through intelligent funnel design and targeted content.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & GrowthDevelop and execute multi-platform strategies that build awareness, engagement, follower growth, and lead generation across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Create and manage editorial calendars and monthly campaign roadmaps aligned with client goals and seasonal marketing initiatives.Implement advanced social media funnel strategies, including ManyChat automations, ad funnels, and retargeting systems, to convert followers into leads and leads into clients.Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns that integrate content, community, and conversion, maximizing ROI through A/B testing and data-driven adjustments.Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversion, ROAS) and continuously refine strategy to drive measurable business outcomes.Content Creation & ProductionLead and facilitate creative strategy meetings with clients to define storytelling angles, visual direction, and content priorities.Plan, storyboard, and direct photo/video shoots across Canada and the U.S., ensuring all creative assets align with brand voice and campaign goals.Create, film, and edit high-performing short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) tailored to each platform’s audience and algorithm.Write compelling captions, hooks, and hashtags that enhance engagement and conversion.Stay ahead of trends, sounds, and viral formats to keep brands fresh, relevant, and discoverable.Client Account & Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely communication, clear reporting, and alignment on brand direction.Conduct monthly performance reviews and strategy sessions with clients to analyze metrics, share insights, and refine campaigns.Build strategic partnerships with local businesses and community brands to expand visibility and cross-promotional opportunities for clients.Manage influencer and UGC collaborations, including outreach, relationship management, and campaign execution, ensuring content aligns with client goals and compliance standards.Collaborate closely with the design, paid ads, and content production teams to execute cohesive, integrated digital campaigns.What We’re Looking ForProven success in growing brand accounts and building online communities across all major platforms.Deep expertise in paid social, ad funnel design, retargeting, and lead-generation strategy — this is non-negotiable and central to the role.Strong experience in influencer and UGC campaign development, including negotiation, communication, and long-term relationship management.Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships with local businesses to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.Exceptional skill in content creation and short-form video editing (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) with a strong eye for visual storytelling.Advanced understanding of social media algorithms, trends, analytics, and audience psychology.Excellent copywriting skills—especially in crafting hooks, CTAs, and captions that drive engagement and conversions.Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.Analytical mindset with comfort using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social planning tools such as Later, Notion, or Planoly.Previous experience in the medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, or luxury wellness industry is a major asset.You’ll Thrive Here If You:Are a strategic marketer who understands that data and creativity must work hand-in-hand.Excel in turning social attention into measurable sales and patient leads.Are equally comfortable on set directing content and in meetings presenting data-driven strategies.Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, high-growth environment where innovation and accountability go hand in hand.Have a genuine passion for the aesthetics industry and understand its language, trends, and patient psychology.
