The ideal candidate is not just a content creator but a strategist who has scaled brands, driven engagement that converts, and understands how to turn social visibility into real business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end social strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms Oversee creative direction and production of scroll-stopping content including short-form video, reels, and campaigns Build systems that translate social visibility into conversions, inquiries, and measurable revenue impact Collaborate closely with SEO and content teams to ensure all messaging is data-driven and cohesive Establish and own social performance frameworks: KPIs, dashboards, attribution tracking, and reporting Mentor junior creators and manage a global creative network to maintain consistent quality and tone Experiment with AI-powered tools to enhance content ideation, performance, and efficiency Act as the voice of the company and its clients, driving engagement and brand loyalty through authentic storytelling Report directly to executive leadership with insights, analytics, and recommendations for continuous growth Ideal Profile7+ years in senior social media leadership roles, ideally in global or US-facing digital agencies Proven record of scaling brands through strategic social storytelling and measurable audience growth Deep understanding of platform algorithms, engagement models, and social-to-sales conversion tactics Exceptional creative direction and video content production capabilities Strong analytics and attribution experience across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and GA4 Confident leader with experience managing or mentoring creative teams Highly collaborative, proactive, and motivated to perform at the top of the industry
