Company Description Anxoda is a technology consultancy and AI solutions company committed to empowering small and medium-sized businesses across Africa and beyond.We design digital tools and data-driven systems that help businesses grow, become more productive, and compete globally.Our culture blends innovation and ambition, guided by our core values: Adaptability, Teamwork, Excellence, and Accomplishment (ATEA).At Anxoda, we’re driven by the belief that small-scale businesses should be able to compete at a higher level.Role Description We are seeking a Social Media Manager (Volunteer) to join Anxoda’s creative communications team.This is a remote, part-time volunteer role ideal for a collaborative storyteller who understands how to grow and engage digital communities.The Social Media Manager will work with a team of writers, designers, and strategists to plan, create, and manage Anxoda’s social media presence across platforms, building brand awareness, audience trust, and engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively with the communications team to plan and execute social media strategies.Write engaging, clear, and relatable content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter).Collaborate with designers and video editors to create visuals and multimedia posts.Schedule and manage posts using tools like Buffer, Meta Suite, or Later.Monitor social engagement, respond to comments, and grow Anxoda’s online community.Track analytics and share insights on post performance.Stay current with social media trends, hashtags, and digital storytelling methods relevant to tech and SME audiences.
