Role Description This is a full-time remote role as a Social Media Manager at We Care Asia. The Social Media Manager will develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, create engaging content, and optimize platform-specific campaigns to enhance brand presence and audience engagement. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, analyzing metrics to evaluate performance, staying updated on trends to implement innovative ideas, and collaborating with the content team to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of driving impactful communication through social media. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies to effectively manage and grow online presenceStrong Communication and Writing skills to craft compelling, engaging, and audience-tailored contentExperience in developing and implementing Content Strategies that align with brand goals and target audiencesAnalytical skills to monitor social media engagement, measure performance metrics, and implement data-driven improvementsKnowledge of digital marketing trends and familiarity with social media tools and platformsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferredExperience in healthcare or service-oriented industries is a plus
