Job Description

We are seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our presence on TikTok, with a specific focus on growing sales through TikTok Shop and building strong relationships with influencers.This role requires a blend of e-commerce savvy, content creation skills, and strategic marketing expertise to drive brand awareness, engagement, and direct revenue.Key Responsibilities TikTok Shop Management:Oversee the end-to-end operation of our TikTok Shop, including product listings, inventory synchronization, promotional setup, and performance tracking.Develop and execute strategies to maximize product visibility, conversion rates, and revenue generation directly through the TikTok Shop platform.Monitor customer reviews, respond to shop-related inquiries, and manage the overall customer experience within the platform.Content Strategy & Creation:Develop, shoot, and edit original, engaging, and platform-native content (videos, lives, and ads) specifically tailored for the TikTok algorithm and audience.Maintain a consistent content calendar to ensure a steady stream of high-quality posts, focusing on product demonstrations, trending sounds, and user-generated content (UGC) inspiration.Stay current with TikTok trends, features, and best practices to keep our brand on the cutting edge.Influencer & Creator Coordination:Identify, vet, and recruit relevant TikTok creators and influencers whose audience aligns with our target demographics.Manage all aspects of the influencer lifecycle, including outreach, negotiation of contracts/compensation, brief development, content review, and payment processing.Cultivate long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key influencers to secure consistent promotional efforts for TikTok Shop.Performance Analysis:Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for TikTok content and TikTok Shop, including views, engagement, follower growth, traffic, conversion rate, and revenue.Use data insights to optimize content strategy, influencer selection, and promotional tactics.Qualifications and Skills 3+ years of professional experience in social media marketing, with a minimum of 1 year directly managing or heavily contributing to a successful TikTok presence or TikTok Shop.Proven track record of content creation, including filming, editing (e.g., CapCut, in-app tools), and conceptualizing viral-worthy videos.Deep understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, including trends, sounds, effects, advertising formats, and the mechanics of the "For You Page."Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage relationships with external partners (influencers, agencies).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing product catalogs, inventory, and campaign logistics.Experience with analytics tools (e.g., TikTok Creator Center, TikTok Shop Seller Center) is highly preferred.
