Join our Marketing team and lead the social media presence of some of the world’s most loved brandsAbout the Role: As Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing Unilever’s social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll bridge global brand guidelines with local market needs, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and performance-driven digital presence* This position is offered through a third-party employment agency. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals and real-time marketing principlesManage content calendars, publishing schedules, and performance tracking across platformsCollaborate with internal teams and creative agencies to deliver compelling, on-brand contentLead influencer partnerships and social-first campaigns to boost engagement and reachMonitor trends, conversations, and competitors to identify opportunities for innovationAnalyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimizationEnsure alignment with global digital guidelines while adapting to local cultural nuancesSupport crisis communication and reputation management when neededWhat We’re Looking For:

2 years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on social mediaProven track record in managing social channels and content calendarsExperience working with influencers and digital agenciesHigh proficiency in English; Hebrew is a plusStrong analytical skills and familiarity with social media analytics toolsCreative thinker with a passion for storytelling and digital trendsExperience in global or regional marketing environments – an advantageSelf-starter with excellent communication and project management skillsPreferred Qualifications: Experience in FMCG or consumer brandsFamiliarity with paid media strategies and performance marketingUnderstanding of Gen Z and Millennial digital behavior
