Social Media Marketing & Admin Assistant (Remote)Location: 114 Lavender Street (Remote)Company: KeyQuest MortgageWorking Hours: 9 am - 6 pm (Monday - Friday) ; 9.30 am - 12.30 pm (Saturday)About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to support our marketing and admin operations. You’ll assist with designing simple marketing materials, creating engaging social media content, and handling light administrative work in the office.Key Responsibilities:Design EDMs, WhatsApp visuals, and simple flyers using CanvaCreate short videos using CapCut for social media and marketing campaignsSchedule and post content across social platformsAssist with basic admin tasks such as data entry, email coordination, and filingSupport marketing and business development initiatives when neededRequirements:Proficient in Canva and CapCut (basic design and video editing skills)Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Broadcast)Organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlinesBasic computer literacy (Excel, Google Drive, Word)Students or individuals looking for flexible hours are welcome to applyWhat We Offer:Friendly and supportive team environmentFlexible working scheduleHands-on experience in marketing and real estate financeTo Apply:Send your resume and a short introduction to HR@Keyquestmortgage.com.sg
