Our award-winning portfolio includes Kaja, I Dew Care, I’m Meme, and Nooni, and we’re proud to partner with global retailers like Sephora, Ulta, and Target to make K-beauty more accessible than ever.The RoleMemebox is seeking a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day management and execution of social media content for two of our key K-beauty brands.This role will help bring each brand’s storytelling to life through making content, managing a content creation squad, community engagement, and trend monitoring. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty and social media, with a finger on the pulse of what’s trending on TikTok and Instagram.The Coordinator will collaborate closely with our U.S. marketing and creative teams, as well as our Korea-based counterparts, to ensure brand consistency and cross-market alignment.Core ResponsibilitiesSocial Media SupportLead scheduling, posting, and community management for Kaja and I Dew Care social channels.Maintain and update the social content calendar in coordination with product launches, campaigns, and retail moments and the social media lead!Write short-form, on-brand captions and assist in developing creative ideas for posts and stories.Lead all giveaways, influencer reposts, and brand partnership activations.Content Creation & CoordinationSupport creative production by gathering UGC, influencer assets, and brand visuals.Partner with the Influencer Marketing team to track and repurpose influencer content across platforms.Assist in creating simple assets or story layouts using tools like Canva or similar.Help identify trends and brainstorm new content ideas relevant to K-beauty and Gen Z audiences.Analytics & ReportingTrack weekly social media performance (engagement, reach, follower growth) and compile recap reports.Monitor competitor and industry trends to share insights with the broader marketing team.Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate with the Creative, Influencer, and Retail Marketing teams to align social priorities.Communicate with the Korea-based team to ensure brand messaging and visuals remain consistent across regions.Qualifications1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (internships included).Passion for beauty, skincare, and makeup — especially K-beauty trends.Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in G-Suite, Canva, and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social, or Planoly).Highly collaborative with a proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.Competitive BenefitsCompetitive compensation packageMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, and AD&D insurance401(k) planMonthly parking covered 100% by the company$100 Monthly Commuter Benefit4.5 weeks paid time off + 15 paid company holidaysHybrid schedule (Mon–Thu in-office, Fri remote)Additional DetailsTitle: Social Media Marketing CoordinatorReports To: Sr. Manager, Social & Paid MediaLocation: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)
