We are now seeking a self-driven and dedicated intern (bilingual in English and Mandarin) to join our Social Media Team to help us scale our marketing on multiple social media platforms.What You’ll DoCreate and publish content across major platforms: TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.Assist with on-set content capture, including filming, behind-the-scenes materials, and creative coordination.Research social media trends, memes, and audience behaviors; collaborate closely with the video editing team to enhance content visibility and engagement.Track, organize, and analyze performance data across platforms.This internship is unpaid, but we provide valuable professional experience and mentorship.What We’re Looking ForPassion for film/TV, short-form storytelling, and social media.Strong awareness of trends, online culture, and fast-moving digital conversations.Familiar with major social platforms, their features, and backend tools.Creative, expressive, and comfortable pitching ideas.Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).Able to work at least 3 days per week in our Glendale office.What You’ll GainFirst-hand experience in the booming short-drama ecosystem.Exposure to real production environments and social media strategy.Creative freedom and opportunities to lead ideas that reach global audiences.COL Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
