The Gemstone Boutique collection, featuring rare colored stones, debuted in 2013, further expanding SOHO GEM's unique offerings. Role Description This is a part-time ( 2-3 days p month, 6-7 hr day) on-site role for a Photographer/Marketing/Social Media specialist located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role involves capturing and editing photographs and video of jewelry and helping to managing social media accounts to engage and expand the boutique's online presence. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling social media posts, analyzing social media performance, and collaborating with the lead strategist to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. Qualifications Photography skills, including experience in product photography and photo editing on phone Marketing skills, including developing marketing strategies and campaignsSocial Media Management skills, including content creation, scheduling, and performance analysisStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environmentExperience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Photography, or a related field preferred
