We directly distribute to thousands of retailers and manage over 1,000 codes from more than 80 prestigious FMCG companies.Serving markets in 8 Western Balkan countries and reaching over 20 million consumers, we have consistently achieved double-digit annual growth over the last decade.Position description The social media specialist is responsible for managing the company’s social media presence, creating engaging digital content, and driving online brand awareness. This role plays a key role in developing and executing creative strategies that enhance audience engagement, support brand objectives, and increase digital performance. The position reports directly to the Digital Marketing Manager. Main Duties and Responsibilities Develops and implements the company’s social media strategy across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as needed). Plans, creates, and publishes engaging multimedia content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) aligned with brand identity and marketing goals. Designs visually appealing posts and campaigns consistent with brand guidelines and the Brand Book. Creates and manages the monthly social media editorial calendar, ensuring timely and consistent communication. Monitors social media trends, tools, and applications to identify new opportunities for engagement and growth. Collaborates with internal teams (sales, product, design) to develop promotional content and campaigns that support business objectives. Oversee community management by engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages, and fostering positive brand interaction. Manages web and app content, ensuring that online sales channels are visually appealing, accurate, and up-to-date. Follows brand events and activations for content creation (photo, video, and story coverage). Tracks and reports on social media performance, providing actionable insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. Monitors competitors’ online activities and market trends to identify areas for improvement or innovation. Ensure compliance with company guidelines, communication policies, and digital standards. Knowledge and Experience University degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field. Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation (experience in FMCG is an advantage but not required). Proven experience managing brand social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills. Good knowledge of design and content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator is a plus). Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). Proficiency in MS Office and general digital tools. Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
