Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are currently looking for a talented and motivated SMM Specialist who is fluent in Khmer & English to join a growing international iGaming project.Key responsibilities:Preparing a content plan, creating and publishing posts (text + visuals) in the following Khmer-language channels: Telegram channel, Instagram, and Facebook page (Facebook content is based on the existing plan)Topics include: news, promo campaigns, tournaments, and interesting eventsDaily reporting on completed tasks in spreadsheet formatAssisting in launching advertising campaignsWork with Mailings and Notifications (Khmer & English)Preparing a monthly plan for mailings and notificationsCreating content for mailings and notifications (text and visuals; no HTML knowledge required — layout is handled by a dedicated team)Partnership:Searching for potential collaborations and sponsorships with bloggers, athletes, esports teams, website admins, etc.Providing reports once cooperation is launchedAdditional Tasks:Requesting promo codes to support the tasks mentioned aboveDeveloping contests and promotional activitiesOther support tasks within the SMM department as neededRequired Skills:Experience with social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Telegram (TikTok and YouTube are a plus but not required)Basic skills in Google Sheets (no formulas required)Ability to work with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva)Fluency in Khmer and EnglishWhat We OfferTotally remote position$700 fixed monthly salary, review after the probation periodComprehensive training and onboarding to ensure your success in the roleA dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced work environment in the exciting digital industryOpportunities for growth and career advancement within the companyHiring ProcessRecruiter Interview – A short call to discuss your background and the roleInterview with Project Manager – A deeper conversation about your work approach and the teamReady to join the team?
