You’ll own the entire influencer lifecycle — from sourcing and vetting creators to negotiating, tracking performance, and optimizing results.If you thrive in a fast-paced DTC environment, love blending creativity with analytics, and live and breathe social media trends, this is for you.What You’ll Do:Source, vet, and onboard micro-influencers (1–10K followers, up to 50K max).Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end — outreach, briefing, negotiation, execution, and reporting.Build and maintain strong, authentic creator relationships.Use influencer CRM software (Aspire or similar) to track communications and performance.Coordinate gifting logistics and ensure timely deliveries.Analyze KPIs like conversions, affiliate revenue, and engagement to optimize campaigns.Stay on top of UGC trends, emerging platforms, and influencer best practices.What You’ll Bring:1–3+ years in influencer marketing or DTC social strategy.Proven experience managing micro-influencer programs and measuring ROI.Strong communication, negotiation, and organization skills.Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and influencer CRM tools.A genuine passion for inclusivity, body positivity, and women-led brands.Why This Role Rocks:You’ll play a key role in growing a purpose-driven brand, shaping influencer storytelling, and building meaningful creator partnerships that drive impact.Diversity Note:We believe that creativity thrives through diversity.
