Job Title: Social Media Project Manager – NYE 2026 Project Location: Downtown Dubai (field work across Downtown, Dubai Creek Harbour & Dubai Hills Estate) Contract: Immediate start – 7 January 2026 Reports to: Project Director Budget: AED 18,000 – 20,000/month Requirement: Must have a valid UAE residence and be available immediately for a 2-month contractRole OverviewLead and manage all social media content production and delivery for New Year’s Eve 2026 across three key Dubai locations. Oversee real-time edits, manage on-site editorial teams, and ensure all media and post-event assets are delivered on time and to the highest standard.Key Deliverables1-min highlight: ≤ 45 min post-show3–5 min celebration edit: ≤ 60 min post-showHero photos: ≤ 15 min post-showFull NYE show and Boulevard performances: Jan 1, 12 PMDHE recap (≤30s) and DCH show (≤10 min): within 60 min post-showBTS Documentary (5 min): Jan 7, 12 PMAll RAW media organized and handed over by Jan 5ResponsibilitiesPlan capture points, team roles, and data workflows across all sitesManage 10+ videographers and photographers during live nightRun on-site edit suite to meet rapid SLA deadlinesCoordinate stories and quick-turn content via WhatsApp groupsEnsure all post-event edits and handovers are complete and documentedExperience & Skills7+ years in social/media production or digital campaign managementProven experience with live event content delivery and real-time editingStrong knowledge of video ratios, short-form platforms, and quick approvalsExcellent coordination, communication, and pressure management skillsExperience with OB ingest, Adobe CC, and content workflowsWorking PatternDecember: rehearsals, site visits, and pre-event contentDec 31 – Jan 1: overnight live event coverageJan 1–7: final edits, BTS delivery, and media handoverPreferredExperience in city celebrations, sports, or entertainment live coverageKnowledge of social analyticsArabic language a plus
