Their client roster includes Aldi, Nike, X Box and Dyson, amongst others.The Part You’ll Play… You’re a hands-on, process-minded Project Manager who thrives on bringing order to chaos. You’ll be central to keeping our social media and influencer projects running smoothly– managing timelines, budgets, people and priorities so that our creative and client teams can focus on delivering standout work. Your role is to ensure everything is tracked, aligned and moving forward.You'll work with an award winning team on some really interesting work and specific duties will include:Own project planning and day-to-day delivery across multiple clients and workstreams. Create structured project timelines, manage budgets, track PO numbers and ensure all deliverables stay on schedule and within budget. Manage all key project documentation: timelines, resourcing plans, budgets, status reports and risk logs. Drive operational excellence by implementing and maintaining project management processes and routines. Lead weekly status meetings and proactively communicate updates, risks and solutions. Partner with senior leadership to provide clear visibility on project health and resource needs. Collaborate closely with creatives and production teams to ensure smooth execution from brief to delivery. Manage client approvals and ensure all deliverables meet agency quality standards and client requirements. Monitor project profitability and proactively flag scope changes or budget concerns. Build strong working relationships internally across departments and externally with partners and clients. As Social Media Project Manager You’ll Bring… Solid project management experience, ideally from an agency or creative environment. Strong budget management skills and experience handling PO processes. A structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to keep a clear overview across multiple simultaneous projects. Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English– you’re comfortable managing upwards and keeping senior stakeholders informed. Commercial acumen – confident managing budgets, margins and commercial conversations. A proactive, solutions-first mindset: you spot issues early and drive them to resolution. Ability to work calmly under pressure, balancing short-term fire-fighting with long-term project planning.
