As a Jakarta & Bali based Digital Marketing Agency, AITIMEDIA provides digital marketing services to help owners scale up their businesses through integrated marketing solutionsWe are looking for an ambitious yet creative Social Media and Content Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team in Tangerang/JakartaResponsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage account team and clients’ strategies social media, for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedInPlan, create, and publish new content in the form of images, videos, captions on a daily basis to increase followers and engagementCreate an editorial calendar and schedule posts on clients’ social media on regular basisMake sure all coordination from team, graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators to ensure that the final content is in accordance with clients’ standardsPeriodically communicate and make visits to the client’s place of businessBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clientsParticipate in providing creative ideas to the Campaign team to develop attractive and effective marketing campaigns, both organic and paidCreate Strategize and develop client's social media's activation programCollaborate with graphic designers in the process of designing social media contentsParticipate in visual concept design (including for content production & design activities) along with social media content planningQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Design, Digital Media or Marketing, or related fieldMinimum 2 years as a Social Media Manager in Marketing / Design Agency, Startup, e-Commerce, or digital marketing servicesGood English speaking and writing skills, can be present in EnglishExcellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skillsAble to develop, implement, and manage clients’ social media strategies for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedInBeing to propose creative ideas to develop attractive and effective marketing campaignsGood organizational skills in handling a number of projects at the same time, being able to set priorities, and keep to deadlinesStay in Jakarta-Tangerang (will be a strong candidate)If you want to know more about our company, please visit our website or follow us on our social media (@aitimedia)
