About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative, organized, and forward-thinking Social Media Specialist& Content Creator to lead our brand’s social media presence and storytelling across all platforms - including official brand pages and culture-driven accounts. This role blends creativity with strategy and leadership, ensuring every post, story, and campaign reflects the company’s identity, values, and vision.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & ManagementManage and grow all company social media pages — including corporate, culture, and community accounts.Develop and execute creative, trend-driven strategies aligned with business objectives and brand tone.Plan and maintain monthly content calendars, ensuring timely posting, variety, and consistency.Monitor analytics, measure performance, and continuously optimize for engagement and reach.Content Creation & Concept DevelopmentCreate and curate high-quality, original content (photos, videos, reels, carousels, stories) that resonates with audiences.Turn business information, milestones, and initiatives into engaging stories and visuals that drive interest and participation.Keep up with trends, formats, and platform features to ensure our content stays fresh and relevant.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.Event Coverage & Brand StorytellingBe an active participant at all company events, understanding the culture and moments that define the brand.Capture and cover events through engaging stories, posts, and highlight reels to showcase our values, people, and energy.Identify opportunities to spotlight the brand’s strengths and culture in authentic and shareable ways.Branding & Recruitment InitiativesDevelop content ideas and campaigns that strengthen our employer brand and support recruitment efforts.Collaborate with HR and marketing to highlight employee experiences, career growth, and company achievements.Conceptualize branding moments that position the company as a top workplace and a trusted real estate leader.Agent & Employee EngagementEncourage agents and employees to engage with the company’s social media content and initiatives.Guide and train agents through workshops on how to build and grow their personal brands through content and online presence.Share practical social media tips and tricks to help agents stay ahead of trends and strengthen their digital identity.Brand Advocacy & AmbassadorshipAct as a brand ambassador, actively promoting the brand’s values and initiatives among employees and external audiences.Foster pride, participation, and enthusiasm for the brand through creative campaigns and internal collaborations.Champion internal culture through content that highlights teamwork, success stories, and community spirit.Media Team Management & Project CoordinationManage the media team’s schedule and resource allocation to ensure optimal productivity and balanced workloads.Brief the media team on upcoming projects, track their progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality output.Maintain the media calendar and coordinate photo/video shoots, content days, and campaign deliverables.Collaborate with models, external vendors, production partners, and internal teams to execute projects seamlessly.Ensure all projects — from social campaigns to event coverage — are aligned with brand objectives and timelines.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.2–5 years of experience managing brand social media accounts, ideally in real estate, lifestyle, or agency environments.Strong creative instincts with proven experience in storytelling, digital content, and visual communication.Working knowledge of Canvaandbasic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.).Excellent communication and writing skills with a sharp understanding of social media tone and trends.Experience in managing small creative/media teams and coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.Confident, organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking across creative and operational functions.Passionate about brand building, social media culture, and creating content that makes people stop scrolling.https://form.123formbuilder.com/6905305/sm-job-application
