Social Media Specialist

Aura Smile Studio is one of Antalya’s leading aesthetic dental clinics. We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Specialist who can capture photo/video on site and edit end-to-end to tell real patient stories — before, during, and after treatment — in a respectful, compliant, and engaging way.What you’ll doPlan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, stories, grid posts).Capture before/after, treatment-day, and behind-the-scenes moments in the clinic; coordinate with doctors, nurses, and patient coordinators.Build shot lists, lighting setups, and on-camera prompts; direct patients and staff comfortably.Edit in a fast, platform-native style: captions, music, transitions, hooks, thumbnails.Manage a basic content calendar; publish and schedule posts across platforms.Track results (reach, saves, CTR, inquiries) and propose data-driven improvements.Ensure patient consent and privacy compliance (KVKK/GDPR) and follow clinic safety/sterility rules while filming.What you’ll bringProven portfolio of social video/photo work (please include links).Strong camera skills (mirrorless/DSLR and mobile), framing, lighting, audio.Editing proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut; Lightroom/Photoshop or equivalent.Comfort working on site in a clinical environment, including during surgical procedures (no blood-sensitive issues).Excellent storytelling instincts: hook writing, pacing, trend adaptation.Organized, proactive, comfortable collaborating with medical teams and patients.English and Turkish communication sufficient for interviews, captions, and directions.Nice to haveExperience in healthcare, beauty, or aesthetics content.Motion graphics (After Effects), color grading (DaVinci Resolve).Experience with scheduling/analytics tools (Meta Suite, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite).
