Key Roles and Responsibilities:Broadly responsible for campaign management and social media platform managementCampaign management:Implement media strategy and tactics with marketing platformsCollaborate with major platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, X, Google, Line) to create innovative marketing solutionsDevelop media plan and budget allocations across all social media platformsManage and coordinate with internal teams to ensure digital assets are on schedule and ready for campaign launchMonitor ongoing campaign performance and reallocate advertising investment or alter objective to optimize investment to ensure campaign KPI reachSocial media platform management:Fully manage Central Department Store’s primary Instagram accountDevelop content strategy for platform including source and collaborate with various major Thai KOLs / Influencers, create contents/ series to meet target KPIsDevelop real-time content for Central events including recording, editing and postingImplement new social media ideas and material to create buzz online such as AI generated images, 3D VDOMonitor and analyze monthly platform performance both in paid ads and overall performanceQualificationsBachelor/Master degree in Marketing, Communication or related fieldsMin 1 year of experience in digital marketingHave knowledge of digital communication, campaign planning, and social media optimization.Strong understanding of Instagram content, trends, and audience engagement.Fluent in English, particularly in writing.Strong strategic and creative thinking
