We’re Hiring: Social Media Specialist – Tripoli, Libya We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing Team in Tripoli — someone who can blend creativity with strategy to grow our brand’s online presence and lead our social media initiatives to the next level.🚀 What You’ll Do • Develop and execute creative content strategies for multiple platforms. • Lead and support a small team of coordinators to deliver impactful campaigns. • Oversee content creation — from visuals and videos to engaging captions. • Track performance through analytics, turning insights into smart improvements. • Build and nurture our online community through timely engagement. • Stay ahead of trends to keep our brand fresh, relevant, and visible. • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align social media with larger business goals.🎯 What We’re Looking For• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts, campaigns, and content. • Solid understanding of social media analytics, KPIs, and optimization strategies. • Strong writing and communication skills (Arabic & English). • Hands-on experience with social media management tools and analytics dashboards. • Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to lead and inspire a team. • Bonus: Basic design or video editing skills (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Canva).💼 Work Environment• Full-time, on-site position in Tripoli (Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–16:30). • Collaborative, creative, and growth-oriented environment.
