The individual will manage and create engaging content for OTCA’s social media platforms, develop and execute social media strategies, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns. The role also entails collaborating with the marketing team to align digital strategies with broader marketing goals. This is an on-site position based in Greater Malang. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content CreationKnowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principlesStrong Communication skills, including the ability to engage with diverse audiences effectivelyCreativity and adaptability to develop innovative and effective campaign strategiesExperience with analytics tools to monitor engagement and track performance metricsFamiliarity with current social media trends and platformsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferredFluency in multiple languages is an advantage
