Job OverviewTechzu Ichicode Pte Ltd is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to manage multiple SME client accounts. This role goes beyond posting content — we’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, delivers high-quality creative output, and treats every client brand as their own.You will be responsible for content creation (graphic design, video editing, copywriting), social media management (scheduling, engagement, analytics), and monthly reporting. If you take pride in your craft and are driven to make every campaign meaningful, we want you on our team.This is a remote full-time role (BYOD required).Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & ManagementPlan, create, and schedule impactful content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.Design visuals using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring every piece reflects quality and consistency.Edit videos and short-form clips that engage and align with client goals.Write clear, creative captions that resonate with audiences and uphold brand voice.Maintain consistency and high standards of quality across all client accounts.Community EngagementManage and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries with care and professionalism.Build and nurture online communities that reflect client values.Escalate client-related issues when necessary while maintaining accountability for engagement quality.Analytics & ReportingMonitor and analyze engagement, reach, and audience behavior.Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights for improvement.Use data to optimize strategies and continually elevate content quality.Trend Tracking & CollaborationStay up to date with social media trends, viral formats, and competitor strategies.Recommend creative ideas and campaign improvements proactively.Collaborate with Techzu’s marketing team to assist with graphic design and video editing for in-house projects.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing multiple social media accounts (agency or client-based preferred).Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, creative, and performance-driven content.Proficient in graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.Strong command of tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.Skilled in reading and interpreting social media analytics and generating meaningful reports.Excellent English proficiency for communication and content writing.Proficient in using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for ideation and content drafting.Bonus Skill: Experience using Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms.Creative, proactive, and possesses a strong sense of ownership for all assigned work.BYOD: Must have own laptop/PC and a stable internet connection.What We OfferCompetitive monthly salary in IDR.Remote full-time role (BYOD required).10 Annual Leave Days.10 Paid Sick Leave Days.Follows Indonesia’s national public holidays.Work with international teams and diverse SME clients who value creativity and accountability.Opportunity to grow in a company that values initiative, craftsmanship, and results.
