Job Title: Social Media Strategist (On-Campus Role)Location: Delhi / Pune / Jaipur / Kolhapur (On-Site)About the Role:We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who can own the content voice of our campus. You will be responsible for planning, shooting, creating, and publishing engaging content that captures the real-time student vibe and brand story. If you live on Reels, trends, memes, and community culture — this role is for you!Responsibilities:Plan & execute a monthly content calendar (Reels, Shorts, Stories, Posts)Shoot UGC & brand videos with students, faculty & campus creatorsRun on-ground student-led mini campaigns & engagement activitiesManage social platforms ensuring tone & brand consistencyTrack analytics, report performance and suggest improvementsRequirements:1–3 years experience in Social Media / Content Creation / Community ManagementStrong understanding of Gen-Z trends, meme culture & reels-first storytellingComfortable shooting on phone + basic editing (CapCut / VN / Canva)Confident being on camera and behind the cameraSelf-driven & comfortable working independently on campus
