Ensure all channel functions are tightly integrated with broader Digital Marketing goals to achieve clearly defined business outcomes.Performance & Optimization Ownership: Take full ownership of all performance reporting, social listening initiatives, and audience insights. You will utilize this data to continuously optimize campaigns, demonstrate tangible business impact, and fuel overall audience growth.Creative Leadership & Quality Control: Direct external agencies and content creators to produce best-in-class, distinctive content. Serve as the ultimate quality assurance gate, guiding innovative and ambitious ideas from initial concept through to successful public launch.Channel Evolution & CX: Drive the refinement of the social channel mix, content formats, and operational workflows. You will be responsible for setting the new industry standard for social engagement and strategy.Candidate Profile: Who We're Looking ForProven B2B Strategist: A demonstrated track record as a successful social strategist within large B2B organizations. Must provide evidence (case studies) of direct impact on audience reach, engagement levels, and sales pipeline influence.Analytical & Commercial Acumen: Highly analytical and commercially focused. You must be comfortable navigating complex data to extract meaningful insights and translating those insights directly into clear, actionable business strategies.Creative Excellence: A natural storyteller with strong creative judgment, a deep understanding of current platform trends, and a clear vision for what constitutes high-quality, brand-safe, and attention-grabbing content.End-to-End Leadership: Extensive experience managing agencies and directing large, cross-functional projects, from drafting meticulous briefs to guaranteeing timely delivery and conducting thorough project evaluations (post-mortems).Entrepreneurial & Collaborative: Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, is highly collaborative, and communicates with exceptional clarity in English (German language skills are a valuable asset).
