The ideal candidate will have a keen news sense, an eye for interesting angles, and the ability to craft engaging content for various social media platforms. They will also be skilled at creating visuals and creatives to enhance audience engagement.You'll drive the team managing our presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat, while also contributing as a visual content creator and multimedia storyteller.Key Responsibilities:Curate, edit, and adapt news stories for social media platforms, including Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and others.Identify and pitch engaging story angles tailored for social media audiencesCollaborate with reporters, editors, and designers to produce high-quality contentDesign graphics, visuals, and short-form videos using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant platforms.Monitor social media trends, analytics, and engagement metrics to optimize content performance.Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, editorial standards, and social media best practices.Stay updated on US news, pop culture, and trending topics to inform content strategies.PreferredKnowledge of the US news and media landscape (not mandatory)Familiarity with SEO, social media algorithms, and engagement strategiesBenefitsCTC- 3-6 LPA, depending on the selection process and experience.Excited to lead the content millions will scroll, share, and watch?Join MEAWW and take charge of shaping the digital conversation in entertainment.
