Role: Social Strategist (Contract - ASAP)Hybrid in Bangkok (3 days in office)Who We AreWe are a leading global digital and creative consulting firm seeking a highly agile and culturally fluent Social Strategist to support a major Beauty brand in the Thailand market. This is an intensive, platform-first role that demands the ability to generate real-time insights and quickly translate them into actionable, engaging content strategies.Core ResponsibilitiesThe work focuses on blending real-time social listening with creative content strategy and execution:Real-Time Cultural Listening: Actively listen across social platforms, mining comments, and identifying immediate cultural trends to understand audience sentiment and find opportunities for brand momentum.Community Management: Proactively engage with consumers and perform hands-on community management across platforms to build deeper connections and assess performance.Insight Generation: Go beyond observations to interpret quantitative data and formulate sharp, actionable insights on people, culture, and the product category that bring the consumer to life for the client.Strategic Planning & Documentation: Develop clear communication plans and creative strategies aligned with client objectives. Must be a strong "deck crafter"—able to detail out ideas and insights that are clear, succinct, and can effectively sell the strategy.End-to-End Strategy: Contribute to the implementation of end-to-end customer experience strategies, from initial research and vision setting to final design and plan development.Your ExperienceBusiness-level language proficiency in Thai and English.Demonstrated experience in social listening, community management, and content strategy for large brands.Strong writing skills for succinctly articulating thinking, cultural trends, and consumer insights.Must be a resourceful and self-starting individual, capable of working independently in a fast-paced agency environment.Proficiency with relevant research, data, and social media analytics tools.
