The Social Worker will provide direct support and advocacy for individuals and families, including conducting needs assessments, developing care plans, and facilitating access to appropriate services. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate case records, collaborating with community organizations, and providing emotional support to clients while adhering to ethical guidelines and confidentiality.QualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, including empathy and active listeningProficiency in case management, counseling, and advocacyKnowledge of community resources and social service systemsAbility to work effectively with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competenceExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsProven ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentialityA bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Social Work, Psychology, or a related fieldRelevant experience in social services, case management, or community-based programsFluency in Dutch and English is highly desirable
