The Social Work Department at Canterbury Hospital is a team of 7 Social Workers providing a high standard of care to patients, families and carers under the care of Geriatric Medicine, Orthopaedic and General Surgery, General Medicine, Antenatal, Maternity, Paediatrics and Emergency Medicine.You will be working in a small, supportive department with a fun and positive team culture which values professional, personal and career developmentThe Social Worker Level New Graduate position is responsible for the provision of Social Work services to patients, families and carers, who are under the care of the inpatient teams. This is a rotational position, rotating every 6 months between General Medicine and Geriatrics and Orthopaedics.
