Handle effectively all customers/tenants' complaints and requests ensuring proper actions are being taken as per agreed communication guidelines. Operate CRM system through proper creation and follow up on ticket cycle.

Requirements: 3+ years of Experience in Mall/Retail Operations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast packed environment. Focus on client needs and concerns, offering appropriate solutions. Good command of English and Arabic both written and spoken. Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel knowledge.
