Job Description

The Dental Clinic Receptionist is a Key role in the Clinic and of great importance for our business. We are looking for a Dental Clinic Receptionist who will make our Patients feel welcome andensure their pleasant and comfortable stay at our Clinic.

You see yourself as?- Natural communicator- Friendly and positive- Ambitious- Easily establishing collaboration with people with different background- Flexible but at the same time being able to strictly follow rules and proceduresWhat is the role of a Dental Clinic Receptionist?Your responsibilities include participating in welcoming the Patients as they arrive, coordinatingtheir appointments to assigned medical teams, collect payments and informing them about theprocesses in the Clinic. You will also have to collaborate with the Sales Team, Medical Team and Outside Partners,offering stellar customer service and meet the expectations of our Patients.

If you have previous hospitality experience and you are familiar with clinic or hotel procedures, likebookings, schedules supervision, payment procedures, customers’ feedback collection, we’d liketo meet you. Our ideal candidates have a passion for communication, with the ability to resolve issues in atimely and accurate manner. Responsibilities:

- Provide upscale Patients service experiences throughout their stay with the Clinic- Monitor daily bookings and ensure all cancelations and changes in the schedule are properlyrecorded in the dedicated software system- Coordinate logistics such as airport and hotel transfers for Patients by making sure they arriveon time for their appointments and wait shortest possible time when their treatment procedure isfinished- Oversee check-out procedures including financial transactions (payment of deposits and otherdue payments) as per the treatment plans- Promptly address Patients’ requests such as booking of medical tests, luggage storage, movingfrom one hotel to another, etc.

- Ensure Patients like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized services- Coordinate and manage communication between Patients and staff and follow-up to ensure weresolve Patients’ concerns if such are expressed;- Liaise with the Sales team, the Administrative team and the Medical teams to assure the Patientreceives all the information, care and services they need- Collect Patients feedback regularly and at the end of each treatment phaseRequirements:

- Proven work experience as a Guest Relations, Hotel Front Desk or similar role at least 2 years- Proficiency in English and German; knowledge of other EU languages is a plus- Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills- Ability to work flexible hours as per the schedule of the Clinic- Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation- Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant fieldis an advantageWhat do we offer?- Great opportunity to work in a state of the art Clinic- Excellent team spirit- Dedicated Induction program to help you get acquainted with the specifics of the job- Opportunity to participate in processes design- Development and growth opportunitiesIf you believe you are the perfect match for this key role, please send us your CV along with arecent photo.
