Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the iGaming business in regulated jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to all licensing and compliance requirements.
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow market share and increase revenue in targeted regulated markets. Collaborate with product, marketing, compliance, and technology teams to optimize the player experience and ensure legal compliance. Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, partners, and suppliers. Manage partnerships and day-to-day communication with game providers, aggregators, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration, content quality, and timely delivery. Oversee contract negotiations, service level agreements (SLAs), and financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliation with partners.
Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments related to game providers and other suppliers. Oversee the management of risk, responsible gaming initiatives, and customer protection policies. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance related to the iGaming operations. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to meet company goals and objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities in regulated markets. Ensure operational processes are efficient and scalable to support business growth. Requirements:
Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior leadership role within iGaming or gaming industry, preferably in regulated markets. Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape across multiple jurisdictions. Strong knowledge of compliance, licensing, and responsible gaming frameworks. Demonstrated experience managing partnerships with game providers, aggregators, and third-party vendors. Familiarity with contract management, invoicing, and financial reconciliation processes. Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional leadership and people management abilities. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving business growth. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
