The Soft Service Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of facility maintenance and cleaning services, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and up to the highest standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering excellent customer service, training team members, and ensuring clear communication within the team and with clients. The role requires coordination with management to adhere to established service protocols and quality guidelines. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and lead a teamProficiency in Customer Service and ensuring Customer SatisfactionExperience in conducting Training sessions for staffExcellent Communication skills for team and client interactionAbility to work on-site in Portugal and maintain professional standardsKnowledge of facility management operations is an assetPrior experience in a similar supervisory role is advantageous
