JOB TITLE: Soft Services SupervisorREPORTING TO: Soft Services ManagerLOCATION: Princes SquareCONTRACT: PermanentHOURS: 47 hours per weekSHIFT PATTERN: Monday to Sunday Rota BasisPAY RATE: £13.51 per hour increasing to £14.01 following successful probationary period.ABM UK is seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Services Supervisor to join our team. Reporting directlyto the Soft Services Manager, as Soft Services Supervisor, you will support the Soft Services Manager indelivering the highest standards of security, cleanliness, hygiene, waste management, and othercontractual tasks at our client's sites. You will also be required to supervise the team on shift to ensurethey are carrying out tasks as required and to a high standard and directing them to reactive issues as theypresent themselves. You will also be asked to provide customer service to public and support with fire andevacuation procedures.RequirementsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ordering of cleaning supplies and materials, (products which are re-ordered on a regular basis. Anynew orders are to be discussed) Ensuring lost property is taken to the police office and the file is up to date Staff toolbox talks are being carried out and documented Site specific refresher training, e.g. emergency procedures Oversee site specific forms are being completed on a monthly or weekly basis, such as Fireextinguisher checks, first aid kit checks, Storage Rack Check, compactor checklist, ext.
