 To support our strategic growth and strengthen our regional footprint, we are looking for a driven and proactive IT Sales Manager who will help us unlock new opportunities and build long-term client relationships in Kazakhstan and beyond.   Responsibilities:    Manage B2B sales activities across various sectors;   Build relationships with decision-makers;   Skills for working with a cold leads;   Use CRM tools to generate leads and close deals;    Use Atlassian tools, LinkedIn;   Deliver presentation and prepare proposals;    Collaborate with marketing and technical teams.    Requirements:

   2+ years of experience  in B2B sales;    Experience with CRM tools;   Strong presentation skills;    Experience with LinkedIn and other platforms for networking;    Disciplined, proactive, and organized;   Strong communicator, able to simplify complex topics;    Skilled in negotiation and client relations;   Fluent in Russian, Strong Kazakh (good English will be a +)   Nice-to-have:    Existing B2B contacts;    Knowledge of Atlassian products;   Experience for selling software.    We offer:
