What You'll Do Design, build, and deploy AI-driven features that enhance hospital workflows.Work across the stack - backend (Node.js, Python), frontend (React), and AI integrations (LLMs, NLP).Develop intelligent systems for document summarization, semantic search, and data-driven dashboards.Build internal AI tools to improve engineering and operational efficiency.Collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment, testing ideas rapidly and iterating based on user feedback. What We're Looking For Strong experience with Node.js, React, TypeScript, and Python.Solid understanding of machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and natural language processing (NLP).Familiarity with cloud or on-premise AI deployments, vector databases, and MLOps/LLMOps best practices.Passion for healthcare innovation and building impactful, real-world AI solutions.Self-driven, hands-on, and collaborative team player.Fluent in Swiss German/German and English.
