Help define and enforce software quality standardsResearch and support the adoption of new-generation technologies. Participate in customer application development and technical design processesDevelop secure, high-volume online and batch systemsDeliver assigned projects with high quality across the software lifecycleEnsure smooth and reliable operation of applications in productionOwn platform performance end-to-end, including availability, monitoring, and reporting.Required Skills And ExperienceMinimum 8 years of experience, proven experience in Banking Applications and Architectural/Technology Transformation projects. Prior experience in banks or banking modernization programsStrong proficiency in Modern Java (Java 8+) and Spring Framework for enterprise application development.Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL (preferably advanced level Oracle)Practical experience with Kafka, Redis, ElasticsearchWorking knowledge of OpenShift, Docker, KubernetesPreferably familiar with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, GrafanaPreferably knowledgeable in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Microservices architecture.Strong problem-solving abilities paired with excellent communication and collaboration skills.A strong passion for learning and adopting new technologies.What We OfferHealth InsuranceMeal cardTransport AllowanceTraining BudgetGift CardBirthday LeaveHappy Hour
