Your role bridges the gap between business processes and technology by implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.Your contribution to the success of the teamCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define customer requirements related to Mobile/CRM systemsAnalyze functional specifications and align them with ERP and CRM software processesCustomize and configure Mobile/CRM software based on client needs and feedbackProvide consulting support on day-to-day software use, ensuring efficient system utilizationManage essential SQL tasks for data queries, troubleshooting, and reportingConduct user training sessions to ensure smooth onboarding and effective use of softwareProactively identify, diagnose, and resolve software issues in collaboration with project and support teamsDeliver user feedback to internal teams to support product development and continuous improvementYour Qualifications & CompetenciesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related fieldPrior experience in ERP, CRM, or Mobile application support or consulting is preferredKnowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and ability to design and execute SQL queriesBasic Understanding of business processes in Finance, Retail, or Services is considered a plusFamiliarity with tools like Excel and CRM platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and within cross-functional teamsCustomer-oriented mindset and dedication to high-quality service deliveryYour BenefitsWe are growing our team with the vision of having top performers who contribute directly to the growth of the company.
