Together, we’re building technology that truly makes a difference in the lives of clinicians, patients, and communities.About The RoleAndgo Systems is seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our product development team and help to shape the future of Andgo’s Intelligent Shift Fill Automation product. Reporting to the team’s Engineering Manager and working closely with a Product Manager, Product Designer, and other Software Developers, this role will contribute to the implementation of Andgo’s strategic roadmap.Our current priorities are making our product more flexible to accommodate new markets and scaling our systems and processes to support Andgo’s continued growth. This role in particular will be focused on enhancing our Data Analytics module and the related Data Warehouse infrastructure. This module delivers valuable insights empowering our customers to make data informed decisions.What you’ll be doingDeveloping high-quality software according to our security and privacy guidelines.Working with your team to design and implement new features and improvements to Andgo’s product using Django, React, Big Query, and supporting Google Cloud infrastructure.Creating, sharing, and seeking feedback on software design documents.Participating in Andgo’s code review process.Mentoring junior team members.Participating in the on-call rotation.Building and maintaining internal software tooling.The Ideal CandidateB.Sc in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience in a Software Development role.A track record of shipping and maintaining high-quality working software.Familiarity with modern web development tools including Python.Ability to learn new technology quickly and ask good questions.Ability to communicate and collaborate with a team, as well as provide and integrate feedback.Desire and willingness to contribute to the Andgo culture and company core values.
