In this role, the individual will contribute to the development of strategic tools used across Vodafone Group and local markets. The focus will be on automating the lifecycle of SDWAN products, including provisioning, inventory, alarms, and API standardisation. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex systems involving databases, business logic, and integrations, while gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies in a collaborative, global environment.What you will doDevelop well-structured, maintainable code in line with company standardsDocument system changes and enhancements clearlyCollaborate effectively within a distributed team environmentContribute to impact analysis for changes affecting other systemsParticipate in the full product development lifecycle, from requirements to deliveryProvide accurate time and effort estimates for new featuresWho you areCurrently enrolled in a university programme or a recent graduate (within the past year)Experience in software development using Python, APIs (TM Forum), FastAPI, and testing frameworks for unit and integration testingFamiliarity with DevOps tools such as AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantageExposure to SDWAN or networking concepts is a plusExperience working with non-relational databases such as MongoDB and Neo4jProficient in version control systems, particularly GitUnderstanding of Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum; SAFe experience is a plusFluent in English, both written and spokenNot a Perfect Fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
