This is a fast paced, enterprise scale logistics environment. Our developers build software for all components of the organization. This involves interesting front-end web development for systems that are both internally and externally facing, integration with back-end third party APIs, analytical services, & loads of data. We use the latest versions of all our tools and do our best to keep up with the rapid evolution of JavaScript and other front-end frameworks. If you like working with a growing company while using the hottest development stack in a culture of teamwork, you'll love working at Capstone Logistics!ResponsibilitiesPerform development of complex software applicationsWrite code across the full stack-front end Web UI, middle tier service layer, and back end databasePerform analysis of requirements and designCreate and execute unit tests and perform basic systems testingParticipate in peer code reviews and technical meetingsMentor engineers in coding practices and processWork in an Agile Scrum team process, collaborating closely with fellow developers, DBAs, QA, team leads, and stakeholdersTroubleshoot and support system and application problemsQualifications5+ years of experience in software development using Microsoft stack (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, etc.) Experience with Agile development processes, methodologies, and toolsExcellent understanding of Object Oriented software designExcellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL, and Web ServicesUnderstanding of Test Driven DevelopmentAptitude and desire to learn new technologiesAble to communicate complex technical concepts to company stakeholders in an easy-to-understand mannerComfortable working independently and in a team environmentBS in Computer Science (or related field) Nice to HaveExperience with Angular and/or other single page application frameworkExperience with distributed source control systems (preferably Git)Great work ethic and sense of humor#CBCapstone Logistics, LLC is part of The Transportation and Logistics industry which has been designated a "Critical Infrastructure Segment".
