We are seeking a passionate Software Developer to join a team focused on delivering a frictionless, secure, and productive environment for all users. You will help evolve the organization’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) landscape by integrating modern AI capabilities and developing new functionality that supports an AI-driven strategy.Remote in EU and UKResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, debug, and optimize code for agent systems, workflows, MCP servers, and AI toolsBuild integrations with existing SSO platformsDevelop features that enhance authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle managementEnsure AI agents are securely integrated within IAM processesCollaborate with engineers, designers, and product owners to align functionality across systemsIdentify operational and security risks related to AI capabilities and propose resilient solutionsTake responsibility for the reliability and performance of the IAM components you deliverContribute to increasing AI maturity and adoption across the organizationQualificationsExperience developing software for agent systems, workflows, MCP servers, or modern AI toolingStrong knowledge of identity & access protocols: SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0Proficiency in Java (Go knowledge is a plus)Experience working with IAM systems and SSO integrationsStrong collaboration and communication skillsComfortable in rapid-learning, iterative, experiment-driven teamsInterested?
